Photo booth customization

To create a more custom experience for your event, we request that you share with us the following:Step 1 At least 4 photos of the honoree in a sequence that we can use to customize the photo booth experience to your event.We will remove the photo background, so just pick any background that is different in color from any clothing. Here is an example where we removed the background.

Step 2 If you have an event theme so we can do our best to prepare matching backdrops and photo props.Step 3 your color scheme so we can match elements in the layouts and micro-site as appropriate.Step 4 a preferred nickname of the honoree if you have one that you would like us to use instead of a more formal name.

Photo booth space considerations

Our photobooth setup includes a 10 foot wide screen for projection and a 10 foot wide green screen for taking photos. These can be positioned side-by-side or at an angle when in a corner. We also need approximately 10 feet of depth for the light, camera and projector.Below are two different setups as examples. We are happy to work with you in collaboration with your event planner, DJ or catering company to finalize a layout.

Host provided supplies

We are a full-service photo booth company, but we do request that you provide a small square table and tablecloth for the projector and another larger table with tablecloth for the physical photo props.

Setup for the event

We require access to the facility at-least 1 hour prior to the event start time. We will use this time to setup.
